At Lanivet School, we are very proud of our Cornish heritage so we always celebrate St Piran's Day. We use the day to learn about Cornish culture, history and folklore.
This year we had to celebrate St Piran's Day at home during lockdown but that didn't stop us. Pupils in school and at home, sang Cornish songs, made Cornish flags, learnt about St Piran and most importantly ate some cakey tea!
